Just wanted to thank Mark for the fantastic job he did of recovering my laptop after its hard disk failed. Not only did he replace the hard disk and rebuild the operating system, he also managed to recover most of my data from the old disk. All this carried out really quickly and at a good price. Very helpful guy! :-)
